Touristing in Cape Town

Started my Sunday by meeting a friend for breakfast at Bacon on Bree. Let me just start by saying it was 10am and about 28'c summer weather. In Cape Town, that's hot! Oh and not to mention I carry a heater on my head(big afro), still adjusting haha.

So instead of a good 'ol cuppa coffee I treated myself to delicious red juice (Beetroot and ginger), paired with a bacon sandwich. Perfect pairing for anyone suffering from a hangover;)

Next, one of the best ice-cream places for desert, Crumbs and Cream. They specialize in ice-cream sandwiches and they are oh so good. In the picture above is an obvious choice of chocolate ice-cream nestled between an Oreo biscuit and a Churro.

Finally to end a good morning in Cape Town, the beach is a prime choice. Camps Bay you beauty! The heat, the people, the view, the waves, the availability of ice-cream. Oh and not to forget, Lions Head on the right and the twelve apostles on the left. Unfortunately my phone died the minute after I took that final shot.
